Request an Appointment

Start by requesting a new-patient appointment. You can do so through our website or by contacting our office directly.

Complete Your Intake

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive access to the secure patient portal to complete required intake forms and consent documents prior to your visit.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Meet with Dr. Tedla for a comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation. This appointment is typically 60–90 minutes and covers your psychiatric history, concerns, and treatment goals.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Following your evaluation, you and your provider will collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Follow-Up Care

Schedule follow-up appointments as clinically appropriate to evaluate your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and continue working toward your goals.
